They needed a trusted rigging and industrial service partner to help with the heavy lifting. Egenolf Industrial was brought in to support the installation of a new injection molding system, managing the equipment movement from arrival through final setup.
Scope of Work
Our team provided complete machinery moving and rigging services, including:
- Unloading and uncrating each section of the new injection molding system upon delivery.
- Supporting the machine manufacturer’s technicians with the construction of the mezzanine and support structure.
- Positioning and setting equipment in its precise location to align with production line layout requirements.
- Anchoring and mounting all equipment components securely to the facility foundation.
- On-site material management, including the safe removal and disposal of all dunnage and packaging materials throughout the installation process.
