Egenolf Industrial Group partnered with Koenig & Bauer to provide a complete storage, logistics, rigging, and production line relocation solution for a Die Cutter 145 production line. The project began long before installation, with Egenolf receiving and securely storing two Die Cutter 145 machines in our warehouse while they awaited sale.
When one of the machines was purchased, the project transitioned into a multi-phase production line move involving transportation, precision rigging, and installation at the customer’s facility in Ohio. With equipment picks ranging from 15,000 to 61,000 pounds, the project required detailed planning, specialized equipment, and seamless coordination between multiple teams.
Scope of Work
Egenolf Industrial provided comprehensive production line relocation services, including:
Warehouse Storage: Received and securely stored two Koenig & Bauer Die Cutter 145 machines until the customer was ready for relocation and installation.
Equipment Documentation: Carefully measured, tagged, and documented every machine component to ensure efficient loading, transportation, and accurate reinstallation.
Transportation & Logistics: Coordinated multiple truckloads of machinery and equipment, sequencing deliveries to align with the installation schedule at the Ohio facility.
