Industrial Machine Storage Built for Heavy Equipment

Industrial machinery requires more than an empty warehouse. It requires adequate space, proper handling equipment, experienced personnel, and a team that understands how to receive, unload, stage, protect, and eventually move complex equipment.

Egenolf Industrial Group offers a total of 100,000-square-foot heated, dry, and secure warehouse space along with outdoor storage capacity to accommodate machinery, production equipment, oversized components, bulk materials, and other industrial assets. We have lifting capabilities up to 1 million pounds and can accommodate a variety of lifting requirements. We have experience offloading machines from sea freight containers and a large variety of standard semi trailers from flat beds to double drops.

Two Weeks of Free Machine Storage with Rigging Services

Need temporary storage between equipment delivery and installation?

When Egenolf Industrial Group is hired to provide the associated rigging services, qualifying projects receive two free weeks of machine storage.

This gives your team additional flexibility when equipment arrives before your production floor, construction schedule, utilities, foundations, or other installation requirements are ready.

Instead of coordinating one company to receive the machine, another to store it, another to transport it, and another to rig it into place, Egenolf can help manage the process from arrival through final placement.

Planning a Year-End Equipment Purchase? Understand Section 179

Timing can become especially important when purchasing machinery near the end of the tax year.

Section 179 of the Internal Revenue Code may allow eligible businesses to deduct some or all of the cost of qualifying business equipment in the year it is placed in service, subject to applicable limits and requirements.

Generally, qualifying equipment must be placed in service, ready and available for its intended business use, during the applicable tax year*.

For manufacturers purchasing large machinery, that makes advance planning especially important. Delivery schedules, facility preparation, transportation, rigging, utility connections, and installation can all affect when a machine is ultimately ready for use.

Egenolf can help your team plan the logistics surrounding that investment, including:

  • Coordinating machinery pickup and delivery
  • Receiving equipment before your facility is ready
  • Providing temporary or longer-term machine storage
  • Staging equipment for an upcoming installation
  • Coordinating final transportation
  • Rigging and positioning machinery at your facility
  • Supporting a more seamless transition from delivery to installation

*Always consult your tax professional or CPA to determine whether your equipment qualifies for Section 179 and when it is considered placed in service.

A Trusted Partner From Receiving to Final Placement

With decades of industrial experience, specialized equipment, and a team accustomed to handling heavy and complex machinery, Egenolf Industrial Group provides more than warehouse space.

We understand what you’re storing, what it takes to handle it safely, and what needs to happen when you’re ready to move it again.

Whether you’re storing a single machine, staging components for a production line installation, coordinating a facility relocation, or preparing for a major capital equipment project, we’ll build a storage and logistics plan around your timeline.

Ask about two weeks of free machine storage with qualifying rigging services.
