Rigging Associate
Operations
The Rigging Associate is a skilled labor position supporting the Operations department with rigging and material handling tasks. Daily work includes loading trucks, securing semi-tractor loads, and assisting with machinery movement. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual experienced with hand and power tools, basic equipment operation, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the trade.
Rigger with CDL
Operations
The Rigger with CDL is a skilled labor position supporting the Operations department through driving and equipment operation. Daily work includes loading and securing semi-tractor loads, transporting machinery to job sites, and assisting with equipment movement. This role requires a Class A CDL, mechanical aptitude, experience with heavy equipment, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the trade.
Lead Rigger
Operations
The Lead Rigger is an experienced position responsible for leading rigging crews and ensuring safe, efficient project completion. Daily work includes assigning tasks, operating equipment, and overseeing rigging operations to meet deadlines. This role requires leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proven experience with machinery moving, rigging, and crew coordination.

Typical Skills & Requirements
Successful team members at Egenolf Industrial are mechanically inclined, skilled with hand and power tools, and comfortable operating equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and hydraulic lifts. A Class A CDL and experience in rigging, crane spotting, or crane operation are valuable assets. Most importantly, our team members enjoy hands-on work, tackling new challenges, and adapting to a variety of environments and equipment.
